Brookfield Real Estate

Brookfield is a great location just outside the urban area of Downtown Milwaukee. It’s a shopper’s paradise with retail shops and specialty stores at Brookfield Square, The Corridor, The Galleria, Ruby Isle, and The Corners. Even though it’s in the suburbs, Brookfield has over 150 dining options and tons of entertainment. It’s a short 5-mile drive to downtown via I-94 and 30 minutes to the airport.

Many older houses in Brookfield date back to the 1950s and 1960s when automobiles allowed city workers to move farther out from the city. You’ll find new and luxurious living spaces in the Berkshire Hills, Brandon Preserve, Weston Hills, and Vincent Park neighborhoods. Many were built in contemporary Colonial architecture with formal living rooms, walk-in closets, multi-car garages, and spacious yards. You’ll find low-rise condos in Pheasant Run, Fox River Hollow, and Fairview Heights that are closer to shops and restaurants.
